my online account says that i have an entertainment pass still on free trial and i have entered payment details so that in february i start paying for it. but when i go onto my box it wont let me watch anything and says that idon't have any passes. I have tried doing a hard reset and this makes no difference. What can I do?

Welcome to the forum.
I Know it sounds obvious but make sure you are signing in with the right username.
On the website, go to your passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes and double check once again it is showing your entertainment trial.
Then go to your account details page http://account.nowtv.com/account-details and make a note of the username that is showing.
Finally on your box open up the NOW TV app and go to the My Account screen from the main menu, and check the usernames match. You can sign out and sign back in again if they don't.
