Not able to use search on now tv app

Everytime I go to use the search function it won't come up with any results. Tried updating the software but still not able to search for anything.

There are about twenty versions of the NowTV App. 

Which one are you referring to?

 

What search term are you using?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Looks like a few people are effected by the lack of search function on the older white NowTV box.

Somebody mentioned you need to type in the full name of the TV show or movie for the search feature to find it (i can't check because i don't use the white box anymore).

 

If it was me until NowTV fixes it, i would use a smartphone with a NowTV App and add content you want to watch by using the add to Watchlist on your phone / tablet, which should then in theory also port to your white box My TV section.
