Hi does anyone have a contact number for now tv help. The number provided is sky which when called directs me back to here so that's not helpful at all.
Iv had now tv for 2 years. The devices currently registered are an old phone and old iPad. Iv just deleted them. Now I have 2 empty slots. One is available to fill. However when I log in from my new phone it's saying I have to wait until an available slot next month?
Although iv removed 2 devices Iv not added any since I joined 2 years ago. Is removing 2 devices classed as this months allowance even though none were added?

Jump over to nowtv live chat and explain to them what's happened, where they should be able to reset your device slots on your account.
