I’m currently using now tv on my phone and I cannot play anything as this error code3-25 keeps coming up...I’ve tries to restart the app and turned my phone on and off ...any other ideas?

Same here boths iPad are not working. Other code is code 24. No one answering chat. Fed up

Watching my team QPR in Somerset on my I pad and it's gone off on me turned the app off and on 10 times nothing so I've bloody missed it . Still nothing except code 24
