Can’t connect to WhatsApp or load Instagram when on the internet

My internet works fine.  When searching and browsing for stuff but when I go on to WhatsApp or Instagram nothing loads unless I turn off the wifi on my  phone, all the other apps work fine

Have you gone into your online NOW account and change the NOW Broadband Buddy settings from default PG13 to a different age rating ?

Yes. I did do I Have to change the settings

If changing your NOW Broadband Buddy to something like age 18 doesn't help.

Then a couple of forum members had success going into the NOW Hub Router webpage settings and disabled IPV6.
