Parental control

I have parental contol switched on for Age 15 and above. with the new kids pass - my children are trying to view Fireman Sam and it requires the parental pin to be used. Can I ask why?? The children are only able to access Fireman Sam when I switch off the parental control and I am not keen to do this. Any suggestions?

NowTV are aware of the PIN problem on the Kids section and are working on a fix, read this thread below for further information.
