Bug on all devices except one

For some reason on all my devices I use for the kids pass the "20 days left" and more thing only shows up on my computer. This is a big problem and should be solved soon.

Can you please help us understand the exact issue, does it say 20 days left for all content on Kids pass?

 Basically on content that is catchup the part showing when the content will leave NowTV does not show up. It only shows up if I use NowTV on a computer which I rarely do
