Got a idea for the now tv any chance u could put a on and off switch on the now tv box so u can turn it on and off and perhaps a standby mode using the remote control

Hi, I too cant get my head around not having an on and off switch on the remote control. When I switch to the HDMI1 channel, i have a blank screen with no signal, and have to switch the box on an off at the mains to make it come on. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or a way around having to do this? Thanks in advance
