HD picture quality

I realise the service has just launched but can you guys aim to give us HD content with 5.1 Dolby Digital Plus surround sound like Netflix manages.

I'm baffeled how in 2017, HD is still not the default on this service.

5.1 or even a 7.1 System, it depends on what system you have it is nice to have a choice and to watch movies or TV programmes on NOW TV, with a sourrond system, that would give it more of feel, as if you are in the cinema!

This is one of many reasons NOW TV is pretty much dead to me. They refuse to listen to their customers, the same customers that can, if they wish to destroy them, and go to Amazon, Netflix etc. Hopeless.

@Anonymous User have you not seen Netflix is coming to Now devices in future. Lots of people have both.

I know it's a bit late coming to the party, but NowTV have officially announced that 1080p HD is coming to their service by the end of this year 2018, no news about 5.1 surround sound though.
