What's happened to the online chat function?

What has happened to the online chat function where a customer can speak to an advisor regarding any queries? Failing that, is there a telephone number as I can't find anything on the Now TV Website or under the My Account or Help sections?

Try this link below, where if you click on the drop down arrow below Anything else there should appear an option to contact live chat.

Just for future reference, you should be able to reach the live chat by opening any article in the Help Centre where you should see blue Get in touch button towards the right hand of the screen.
