Tv stick not working

Hello,

Our nowtv  stick is not working even though we have paid all bills and restarted it multiple of times! Can you please help with this as we are now one week with no tv? The remote is also flashing green where you put the batteries in

Have you tried a full factory reset on the stick ?

What i would try is firstly remove the batteries from the remote, then whilst the TV is switched on and the stick is powered up, press & hold the reset button for 6 secs on the stick.

Then maybe insert new fresh batteries into the remote, to see if your TV screen will allow you to set up the stick from scratch again (similar to when you first setup the stick).

Also if you are powering the stick from the TV's USB port, try the stick with the supplied power adpator plug instead to see if it makes any difference.
