I have been charged for using NowTv when I haven’t even been using it, I tried cancelling it and getting a refund for this a few weeks ago but the person I was speaking to on the phone said they’d do not deal with cancellations and that I had to go onto the live chat to sort everything out. I could not actually find out how to get into this for help and cancellation it is such a complicated and stupid method. Now I have finally figured out to get on here I would really appreciate the help to get it cancelled and my money refunded as I haven’t used this application.
