Now Sports not working

I’m having problems with Sky sports. My now app doesn’t seem to load up all the options for live TV.

What playback devices have you tried? 

Does a reboot on your playback device and Router make any difference?

I’m playing it through an Apple TV box. I’ll give it a go.

To follow up from @schnapps make sure the Apple TV box is fully updated to rule that out.
