Are you seeing a HDCP content message on your TV screen ?
If so, have a read of this help guide
https://help.nowtv.com/article/purple-screen-no-picture-on-now-tv-box-stick.
Or can you see the nowtv menu and there is no entertainment, cinema or kids content showing ?
