Vodafone free entertainment pass not showing

I've checked with Vodafone and my package is set up with now TV. I downloaded the now TV app. Signed in but nothing showing on there for me. Can someone advise me where I go next please ?

Thanks for your post.  Your quickest bet may be to hop on to Live Chat.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

I have a vodafone entertainment pack which is activated on their side. I have just noticed that I am being charged monthly by NOW TV and my subscription has been stopped. Can you please advise me how to rectify this and have monies refunded please?
