Unauthorised payments being made

Hello,

 

I cancelled NowTV around a year ago, and I happened to notice £6.99 being taken out using my card by NowTV at least for the last few months. I wanted to talk to you directly through Live Chat but found no option to do so despite your information 'How to contact us' at the bottom of each web page.

 

NowTV is not available to me as it has been cancelled, so you are charging for a service I don't have.

 

I am looking for a full refund for the unauthorised payments you have made.

Live Chat will be able to look into this for you.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above and hit the Contact Us box on the left of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight).
