Unable to log in on mobile device

A couple of users I know are unable to log in on an IOS device but can log in on a PC. I'm one of them. Is there still an issue - previously reported on 20/01/16. App doesn't recognise account details.

Are you still unable to log in? Have you tried resetting your password on the website? it may also help to uninstall the app.
