Three month pass

I bought a box with a free three month pass but have been charged this month. I did enter the scratchcard bit on the pass so I'm a bit annoyed at being charged when it's supposed to be free for three months.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  Live Chat can check this out for you.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above and hit the Contact Us box on the left of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.
