I have lost the picture on my Samsung tv
when selecting a program on my entertainment monthly pass, paid for, I get sound only but no picture.
Script on screen reads:
"HDCP unauthorised. Content disabled"
(white ten letters on light purple background)
can an anypone explain what has gone wrong, also how do I notify provider

Welcome to the forum.
Have a look at the following help page which explains what is happening

It's a case of messing around with the HDMI cable and TV until it works .... I find just changing the input on the TV to freeview and back again sorts it, but you might need to take the HDMI cable out of the device you are using to watch NOW TV and the back of the TV then plug it back again, turn TV off and on again, power down the device and back up again etc. until you find the 'magic cure'!

Re The problem of the content disabled screen. The answer given if useless. For a start it doesn't work and why should people have to mess about like that anyway.
