New to NOWtv

I have recently moved from Sky TV & I am new to NOWtv, can I confirm when the newest episodes/ full season (as shown on Sky Living) will become available to watch?

As a BT customer is there a subscription cost for this?

Welcome to the forum.

You need an entertainment pass to watch Sky Living which costs £6.99 pm (although you can buy vouchers that will bring this done to £5pm and there are various offers such as a NOW TV box that comes with 4 or 6 month passes, or new customer offers here http://www.nowtv.com/offers)

With the Pass you get access to the Sky Living live channel (plus 10 other live channels) and catch-up episodes of new seasons appear within an hour or two of the show airing live (available for up to 30 days). Repeats don't usually get a catch-up episode but a range of boxsets regularly come and go for you to watch. You can see what content is currently available from different channels for yourself here

I notice you mention your are a BT customer, just bear in mind that if you use the BT YouView box then you won't be able to use the NOW TV app on there to watch an Entertainment Pass, as only movies are supported on YouView. Have a look at the following help page to see all the supported devices you can use, you'll probably have something suitable already and if not the NOW TV boxes can be picked up pretty cheaply (usually with a voucher for several months of ents to get you started).
