There is no exact date for the blacklist season 4 at the moment but it should start at some point in October

There's no information for the other shows. You asked about at the moment 

But I will be keeping an eye out because I maintain this forum topic

If you want to find out when the shows reappear. Keep an eye on that topic . I'm surprised @SeeMoreDigital and @Andy didn't point the topic out to you

Bit early for any dates on those shows yet.

Grey's - no date yet, probably around December

Scandal - series 6 delayed, sometime next year

The Blacklist - no date yet, sometime October

Madam Secretary - no date yet, probably January
