I travelled abroad a few weeks ago and forgot to cancel my NOW tv subscription before leaving. I'm now unable to cancel it as I am abroad. Whenever I do try to access the Bills and Payments section a "Geo" error pops up which basically tells me that I cannot access that part of my account, understandly so, as I am not in the UK.
I was wondering if it was possible for a staff member to cancel any active subscriptions I have on my account.
