I have been trying to add my card details in order to join the 3 month entertainment pass for about 2 days now and everytime it has failed. It comes up with a statement saying card payment is not authorised. I have sufficient funds and I am putting my details in correctly. What is the problem?

If you are still struggling with adding your bank card details, then your best option would be to jump across to NowTV live chat.
To contact live chat open the above linked page, click on "contact us" in the green box this will take you to a secondary page where there is an option to speak to a live chat advisor.
Recommend using a PC, Laptop or Mac when you contact them.
