Kids Pass???

i have noticed on my card statement that i have been charged twice for my kids pass once on the 25/6/2016 and then again on the 7/7/2016 i messaged you just after the first amount as i was given a 14 day free trial i was reimbursed £1.50 and told i was not due for a payment till the 23/7/2016 could you please look into this for me so to be charged twice in 12 days is ridiculous please let me know asap what is happening as the card i pay is pay as i go along and i now have not got enough for a direct debit due out in 5 days thank you lesley white username lellygumba020854
