Hi all,
i apparently have have two accounts with NowTV that I cannot access, one is for £6.99/month and the other for £9.99/month
I have only ever used this account I'm currently writing from however it has no pass setup on this account to cancel. I need to cancel the other two but have no idea what email address or password has been used to set up the accounts.
my bank has no direct debits setup for now tv yet they're still taking both payments every month.
someone please help me I have no idea why this is happening, I'm essentially being fraudulently robbed every month without my consent. I'm not sure if someone knew my account number and sort code to set these up.
