It's not a show I watch, but what I can see from TV Guides Grey's Anatomy Season 15 episode 24 of 25 goes out on Sky Witness on Wednesday 22nd May at 9pm, when you could watch it 'live' or on catch-up soon after.
I then believe the finale episode will be at the same time on Wednesday 29th May.
Episode 23 should have been shown last week, so just the two left as outlined above.
