FURIOUS!!

I am really getting sick of this company 2 months now where I have been charged for Now TV when it has been cancelled last month got it refunded and now it’s happened again! This needs to be rectified or I shall be taking this further I will never ever use this company again!

If you really did cancel and NowTV issued a refund last time, complain to your bank about unauthorised transactions by NowTV.

Hi Toria

 

Just got a question for you, have you got a PIN number on your Now TV account so that no one else can use it?

 

Might be a good idea to check, go to My Account >>> Payment PIN, this will tell you if your PIN number is on and your account protected.
