Yes still no good, been a week now! I don't know if it is now tv's fault I think it's demand 5 and it's app!

Mine is also completely broken since just before the weekend. Any programme I try to watch, it will play the adverts at the start, and then get stuck on the spinning circle just as it goes to switch to the actual show. This has always happened occasionally with one or two programmes, but would go back to working normally if I switched the box off and on again. Now it's every single programme I try.
All other apps/channels work fine (iPlayer, 4 on demand, etc).
I hope someone from NowTV is reading this!

Have given up on this to be honest and downloaded the My5 app onto my android box and is working fine. Really thought it would have been sorted by now, not great at all.
Now said they are waiting for My5 to sort out the problem but it’s working fine on my tablet so no idea why it’s not working on NowTV 😡
