Hi @Anonymous User,
Currently, all brand new NOW TV customers are eligible to a 14-day free, after which it will automatically roll-over to a monthly subscription unless cancelled (via your My Account).
That being said, if you've been instantly charged this usually happens if the NOW TV system has some of your details already on their system.
If your are a genuine brand new NOW TV customer and have been incorrectly charged you will need to contact a NOW TV representative, which can be done via the forums 'Live Chat' facility or 'Send us a message' facility. Here's what you need to do: -
Cheers

Hi again @Anonymous User,
These small transactions take place in order to determine that your debit/credit card is active and that you're 18 or over. And that your card is tied to a UK registered bank.
Having an active debit/credit card is a mandatory requirement of maintaining a NOW TV subscription. Even if you exclusively use voucher code passes!
Usually no money it extracted from your card. And any that is will be reimbursed.
Cheers
