Blacklist season 4 some episodes don't play

Episodes 17 and 19 not playing.  Black screen and rotating coloured balls then error code.

Episodes 16 and 18 will play.

Hi I am having the same problem with season 4, episode 19! I spoke to two different people on live chat as chat expired on first chat! I was told it was a problem their end and their back team is working hard to resolve it This was yesterday morning. Please let me know if yours starts working & I will do the same.

There is a known issue across several shows where episodes or even seasons are unplayable. The Now TV member of staff has posted and indicated that they are unsure how much is effected but are working on it.
