I've tried a few times but just can't get Westworld to work properly. Streaming from my laptop. Didn't have this problem with other shows I watched recently like Fortitude. I wish the Now app on my Youview box had it but it don't, that don't have much at all.
Any suggestions please?

Are you viewing the NOW TV streaming service on a PC via a web browser or via the NOW TV Windows app?
If you have Windows 8.1 (or higher) installed on your computer, the best way to view the NOW TV service is by installing the app 😉

Thanks for getting in touch.
It sounds like more than one person is having trouble downloading the app from Microsoft right now, and we'll look into that.
Regarding the audio out of sync, we know the episode itself is playing out okay, so potentially it's related to the environment surrounding your viewing.
I recommend giving it another go! If it's still happening, could you let us know the following so we can get to the bottom of things?
- Are you watching Live TV, or the on demand Catch Up episode?
- What's your internet speed?
- Is your browser up-to-date?

I got the Now app and Westworld plays fine now
