Complaint

After cancelling online entertainment in my accounts with no accounts showing as active. I have lost 6.99 each month as was unable to see why a payment was still coming out of account. 

Sent messages no responce 

Please reenburse all moneie taken over last 10mths as a result of your lack of action to resolve issue.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
