i just spoke to now tv again about sound problems , still no further with any progress, been told to wait for someone to get in touch with me, ive been waiting since friday, as its hard to watch programs when the sound keeps going off and coming back after a while out of sync, i see its still an issue with a number of people , so this is my latest update
