chicago med season 3 episode 6

Any ideas why this will not play?  All previous ones worked fine & it says 4 seasons are available.

Just done a quick test and S3 Ep6 plays for me on my NowTV 4K smart box.

Out of curiosity what playback device are you using where it may need checking out by somebody from NowTV ?

I’m having the same issue with my iPad, Chicago Med season 3 episode 6 will just not play. Any ideas?
