I have paid for the sky sports monthly mobile pass having only used it one device previously.. I have now got a new device and the pass is showing on my account but when i go to the app on my phone it is not displaying and i cant view any of the sky sports channels - it asks for me to buy a pass.
I have 6 slots and 1 used, it says i can add up to 3 more devices this month - but the only option i have is to login and view - which i cant do?
