Already done, they did email back pretty promptly to say they are 'looking into it.' I'm pretty sure that their 'looking into it' is going to last the whole duration of the tournament.

Yes good idea! I have just complained via the US Open web page.  Sky scam ! Needs to be widely and loudly called out!  I see Tim Henman is commentating. Anyone follow him on Twitter that can activate his interest in justice?
