Box set missing episodes

Just started watching the Penny Dreadful box set season 1 but it's missing episodes 4 & 6.

Why are these missing and when will they be available as the whole box set is unwatchable if the episodes can't be wtched in sequence?

Looks like the episodes in question are missing on the NowTV server and needs rectifying by NowTV.

I would tag, somebody from the NowTV Forum Team, but i can't see anybody logged in on the Community at the moment.

Might be wise to have a word with live chat, where they can notify the relevant NowTV Dept that this needs fixing.

I have noticed that almost all boxsets have missing episodes, this is something that has been tagged by other users a while ago and nothing has changed. 

If this hasn't changed by the end of next week I'm cancelling my nowtv entertainment pass.
