PS4 Stream Quality

Seen A few threads but couldnt find the answer. Is the lowest stream quality 0? And is the highest stream quality possible for sky cinema still on SD for ps4? And one last question I have tried re-downloading the app and all that other stuff but my stream quality still stays at 0 even though it says I have 30mb download 10 Upload or something around those lines. Any way to fix that? Or is 0 the highest quality.

Please ignore the stream quality indicator on the PS4, there is a fault with this hence it's displaying 0 at the moment.
