Now TV app not working on Xbox one

I have been trying to get onto my account for hours now and still no luck. Keeps coming up with a message saying check connection or contact help. My connection is fine. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling yet nothing. Please can anyone help me solve my issue

Sorry to hear this.

 

Do other app's on your Xbox One work ok ? Internet connection ok ?

 

Long shot if your with BT can you disable Smart Setup from within the router settings ?

 

Or any other provider if they have any virus or kid safe filters can you disable them.
