App crash, error CE-34878-0

Experiencing multiple crashes tonight while watching Sky Sports News with (generic PS4 error) code CE-34878-0. Throws me back to PS4 dashboard and I have to relaunch the app.

 

Crashes ranging from after a few seconds of streaming to after about 20 minutes. Incredibly frustrating having paid for a week of this.

 

I have deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail.

Got the week-long Sky Sports package on Monday and the app was fine but since yesterday I've been getting the same error message. Deleted the app and re-installed and it was fine for 24 hours, but now it's started doing it again. Just played Sky Sports 4 and it lasted for three seconds before the error came up again, for the fifth time tonight.
