Who ever works for now tv needs to message me back

Went on my account after the payment failed and now been told I'm gettin charges for this so my sister puts 10pound in my account for you to take it and retry more times incurring me more charges no way of speaking. To anyone got told by the fb team to come on here so I have now whose goin sort it out for me I'm so annoyed it's unreal

If you want to message a member of NOW TV staff you will need to contact live chat.

 

To access live chat click here and scroll down to 'Contact Us' (green button in the lower left) and then live chat should appear in the right hand side. Select the most relevant option and you should be connected to an advisor.

 

Please be aware that due to maintenance live chat will be unavailable in between 10pm tonight and 6pm tomorrow (Wednesday 13th).

 

Please also use a PC/Laptop/Mac when using live chat, not a mobile device.
