I have suscribed to a free trial of 30 days, so why has now tv taken 9.99 from my account already? And how do I get this refunded?

As free trials are now 14 days could this be your problem?

I only started the trial on sat and they have took money instantly. Feel like its a con to say free trial.

It sounds like it thinks that you are not a new customer. This will occur if you have used the service before or someone else in your household has used the same email.
