Cinema 14 day free trail

It won't let me set up the 14 day free trail for the movies keeps saying payment failed try again later but you state that you don't pay anything today as it 14 days free trail

Perhaps the following 'Help Centre' article may be of use to you: What payment cards can I use?

 

Sufficed to say, you do have to register an active payment card to your NOW TV account before you can use the service...

Hi  @Anonymous User,

 

Just to confirm what @SeeMoreDigital has said.

 

Even for the we're required a validate a card to confirm you are over 18 and a UK resident, there needs to be at least 10p on the card for the bank to validate, this isn't charged it's simply taken then refunded in the same instance.
