No Welsh counties?

I'm trying to make a payment but cannot because there are no Welsh or Scottish counties on the drop-down menu!

How is this possible? I can't fix my wifi until they fix this.

There is currently a fault with broadband paymens when you check out the help section.

Try call the broadband team to get it resolved.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

This has nothing to do with my question. They have left out 2 countries worth of counties.

The answer is still in one of the posts. Call the broadband team. Unless they are informed they won't know. 

They don't come onto the forum to monitor posts I am afraid.
