Moving Home

I'm about to move home and was hoping it would be as easy as just informing now bb where I'm going and when. Not so it seems, for some odd reason the property I'm moving to is the only one that they can't supply, I guess it's down to a the line being cut off. There are bt open reach sockets and a grey box outside however.

 

Who is responsible for helping me resolve this? I have tried messaging open reach but now it seems I will go round in circle with different people each time, I don't have time for that. Surely the service provider is best to log a issue and get faster response?

 

Any advice or pointers will be very helpful. Thanks
