Hello,
I had Now Brilliant Broadband product. It was installed in November 2019 i was due to move to a new property next week on the 3rd of April 2020.
However due to Covid-19 i have cancelled that move and decided to stay where i am. I was to stop the cancellation going through. My broadband was due to be disconnected on the 4th of April 2020.
Can i stop the cancellation and continue on with my broadband contract same price same end date everything ?
Please advise ?
Thanks

Hi @Anonymous User
There is a section in this linked article below which says "Ive changed my mind about cancelling my Broadband - what should you do" (click on the black arrow next to the title where it will expand the on screen information).
Basically it says you need to either phone the NowTV Broadband Team or get in touch with Live Chat if you are still within the cancellation period which you currently are.

Now the problem you are going to have, due to the Coronavirus crisis causing challenging difficulties to all services, that live chat is closed and the NowTV telephone Broadband helpline is over stretched with unprecedented amount of calls (though their telephone helpline is still running with long queue on the line).
So you will need to keep hanging on the telephone line until you get through to an Operator and be extremely patient by ringing the phone number shown on the right hand side of screen in the link below (you need to be logged in on here with your Broadband account details to see the telephone number highlighted in green to call).
