Can't get through address check to order broadband

I've had to move and need to get broadband set up but I'm having issues with the order process. I put in my postcode then get the "We found a few matches..." list. I select my address from the list and hit "Confirm your address" but it just sends me straight back to "We found a few matches".

 

It's been like this for days now and I need to get this sorted. The contact centre isn't taking new customer calls so I'm completely stuck.
