Calling all Gotham fans!

So, here I am having only gone over to Now on the 21st March and I've a problem with mu account already. Not a good sign!

When I signed up online I was under the impression that I had superfibre max and all inclusive calls for £30/month. But on Monday I checked my account to see I was on PAYG for calls. So after some time I found a contact telephone number and eventually got put through to someone. I didn't get his name. I explained my plight only to be told that I had signed up for PAYG and they didn't do a special deal with all inclusive calls anymore. But he would speak to his manager and try to sort it out and get back to me. It's Friday and Im still waiting. Oh and after the call I had a quick look and found the special deal of all inclusive calls, super fast fibre and 6 months Entertainment pass all for £25. On the NOW website. Not a happy bunny. I'm inclined to cancel and go elsewhere.
