Hi, my card isn't working on the payment screen, so i changed my payment method that also did not work then i tried numerous other peoples cards they also did not work. My internet has "NOW" been shut off. Payment has clearly not been taken but upon login looking at my account after trying to pay but failing, it says the bill was paid. However the Internet is still cut off and i cant make a payment.
I really would just like to pay my bill and use the internet.
