Adult content block

Hi there wondering if someone can help me out here.

 

trying to access a certain site and NOW TV has blocked it. Now I’m trying to get the site unblocked but I’m not getting option to do so. 

what am I doing wrong?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Have you tried switching your Broadband Buddy settings from default PG13 to either 18 or Off.

 

Where i am assuming you are the account holder of the NOW Broadband account.

Unfortunately the options I’m given is parental pin or payment pin and reset password.

Nothing suggests anything about broadband buddy

When you go on your online account under Bills & Payments is there any mention of NOW Broadband charges ?

 

If yes, then a couple of NOW Broadband customers in the past couldn't access or change their Broadband Buddy Settings, where you will need to get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team (use the telephone number on the link below).

Should there be no Broadband billing information under My Bills & Payments, then would it be possible you have more than one NOW account and signing in online with the wrong details ?
